Design

Site and logo design by Todd Zerger at BrainstormOverload. Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, BrainstormOverload is a small but ambitious, multi-disciplinary design consultancy with over ten years of award-winning interactive design experience and over 30 years of passionate cycling experience. Todd's top speed on knobby tires = 50 mph. Number of collisions with automobiles survived = 2.

Development

Development by Jeff Zerger at Erlenstar. Based wherever good surfing is close to good skiing and adjacent to good climbing, Erlenstar is currently operating in Santa Cruz, CA. Jeff has worked for Apple as well as creating applications of his own design. In addition to being a life-long cyclist and occasional cyclocross racer, Jeff is an advocate for a cycle-centric lifestyle. Top speed on knobby tires = not as fast as Todd. Number of collisions with automobiles = not as many as Todd.

Webmasters

Matt Cole is an avid cyclist and an equally avid photographer. Living in Saint Paul, Minnesota, Matt pursues many interests including writing for his blog: twocitiestwowheels.blogspot.com

Andy Singer lives a car-free life in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He is a syndicated cartoonist and illustrator whose work can be found in publications around the World and on t-shirts around the corner at local bike shops in the Twin Cities. Platform

The SPBC website was built with an eye toward modern, standard web practices. Content is maintained and served via a custom content management system built on lightvc. The site is optimized for IE 6.5 or higher. Please upgrade if you haven't yet, or better yet try a modern browser like Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

Hosting provided by dreamhost.

Typography

Content text is set in Helvetica Neue or Helvetica, where available, falling back to less desirable sans-serif fonts where not. The webfont Droid Sans used for sidebar event dates is served by Google font directory.
