Location and Time

The Saint Paul Bicycle Coalition meets on the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Jimmy Lee / Oxford Recreation Center in Saint Paul / map /. Non-members are encouraged to attend.
